Margareta Hennix is one of Sweden's most famous designers.
She has won nearly all the design awards in Scandinavia that there are. She has a fantastic imagination that she applies to creating new patterns and forms combining engraving and sand-blasting techniques. Her creations maintain the clean lines that have made Scandinavian design famous all over the world. Currently she has devoted quite a bit of time from her busy schedule to designing a new piece for Reijmyre Glassworks.

Margareta is educated at the art school Konstfack in Stockholm. She has been hired by many ceramics companies and glassworks in Sweden, like Gustavsberg, Rörstrand, Pukeberg Glassworks, Johansfors Glassworks, Reijmyre etc. She has spent part of her life living in California but currently resides in Sweden.
