Artists rely on inspiration to help them create. Many of them are inspired by different aspects of nature.
Lars gets his inspiration from the ocean. He likes the dynamics, the continuous changes, the varying colors and contrasts of the ocean in cooperaion with the the ever changing sky. He lives on an island on the Swedish West Coast where he enjoys sailing.
The signature of Lars' designs is color combined with clear lines which reminds him of classic boats.
Lars has designed all kinds of glassware, bowls, vases, etc. and barware for the German Glassworks Schott Zweisel.

Lars has won design awards in Sweden and Norway. He is also a painter and has had exhibitions in several galleries in Sweden.
