goods are sent by DPD, Standard Postal Mail within Scandinavia, postal service or Fedex worldwide.

Different Delivery Address
If you would like to send a package to a different address, just fill in the delivery address section. Giftwrapping with a notecard included is part of our customer service and is free. Just let us know what you want written on the card.
Packaging
In order to ensure that the glassware gets to you without breakage, all goods are packed in double-well cardboard boxes, and all glassware inside is packed with bubblewrap.
All goods
are fully insured from us to your post office or your door. If
the goods are broken during transport, please take a photo of the item(s)
and the cardboard box, and send the photo to us by mail or scan the
picture and send it to us by email. Our insurance company requires proof
before we can send a replacement.

North America, USA and Canada Postal Service -- Base fee of US$ 35 + US$ 7 per kilo (2.2 lbs.). Delivery time 5 to 10 days.
Sweden -- 100 SEK (US$ 16). Delivery time 2 to 4 days.
Austria and Hungary DPD Flat rate -- US$ 49. Delivery time 3 to 5 days.
Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg DPD Flat rate -- US$ 47. Delivery time 1 to 3 days.

Asia Fedex/UPS -- Base fee of 99 US$ + 18 US$ per kilo. Delivery time 3 to 5 days.
Australia and New Zealand Fedex/UPS -- Base fee of US$ 99 + US$ 21 per kilo. Delivery time 3 to 5 days.
South and Central America Fedex/UPS -- Base fee of US$ 99 + US$ 21 per kilo. Delivery time 3 to 5 days.
The total weight and charges are based on predetermined weights and volume of product and packaging for the items in your cart.
For larger orders there are other shipping alternatives. For example air cargo. You are very

Delivery Time
Depending on stock, the delivery time for most of the orders is from 1 to 5 days, with the exception of some free-blown art glass. Delivery time for art glass can sometimes be 2 to 3 weeks depending on the artist's standing orders. In this case, you will notice different delivery times in the text description of the product.
