Taxes and Customs Fees
If you live outside the EU, you will receive the goods from us tax-free. However, any tax or customs fees levied in the U.S. or other countries must be paid by the customer independently. All orders must be paid with Visa, MasterCard or American Express. We use the safest shopping system available today; only our bank will see your credit card number, and we will receive only the order information.

Insurance
All goods are fully insured from the glassworks to you. If the goods are broken during transport to you, please take a photo of the item(s) and the cardboard box, and send the photo to us by mail or scan the picture and send it to us by email. Our insurance company requires proof before we can send a replacement.

Quality Information

Midnightsun Designs stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Please bear in mind that when purchasing handmade items, they will not be completely free from defects. Bubbles often occur in handmade glass items. Most major glassworks differentiate between premier quality and second class quality by the size and placement of bubbles in the glass. Bubbles over 2-3 mm in size usually relegate an item to second class in the major glassworks. Quality control in the major glassworks are responsible for weeding them out. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return; cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of order.

Our Return Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction on all www.midnightsun-designs.com merchandise. If, within 30 days from the time you order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. If you have a product that you would like to return, simply contact us by clicking here and we will be happy to assist you. We will get back to you with the Return Merchandise Authorization Number and return instructions. All returns are subject to approval. No returns on special orders.

Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. It is very important that return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
